If you're encountering issues logging in to the FlipperForce Field mobile app, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verify Account Creation: Ensure that you have already created an account via the FlipperForce web application. You cannot create a new account directly within the mobile app.
- Check Credentials: Double-check that the email address and password you are entering in the mobile app exactly match the credentials you use to log in to the FlipperForce web application. Even small typos can prevent successful login.
- Password Reset: If you are certain you have an existing account but have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the FlipperForce web application by clicking on the following link: https://tools.flipperforce.com/password/forgot
