StepStone University & Black Sheep Convention

StepStone University is the education arm of StepStone Realty, LLC, an investor-friendly Texas brokerage run by Dan and Angie Francis. It is a TREC-approved continuing education provider (#10162) built for licensed agents who also invest, with live classes covering subject-to and wraps, short sales, wholesaling, BRRRR, deal analysis, and agency and disclosure for the investor agent.

Classes run live on Zoom with new dates added every month, and each class includes the full recording. Classes are open to both licensed agents (who earn CE credit) and unlicensed investors, and StepStone agents attend free.

The group also hosts the annual Black Sheep Convention, two days of hands-on training from Texas investors, brokers, attorneys, and lenders. The next convention is October 15-16, 2027 in Dallas-Fort Worth, with the venue to be announced.
