No. FlipperForce does not provide, find or sell leads. You bring the property. Once you add a US address, FlipperForce automatically pulls in the property details, owner information, mortgage info and sales history, so you can run the numbers without retyping anything.

Nothing is charged. If you have not added a card by day 30, your account pauses. Your projects and files stay saved, and you can pick a plan to pick up where you left off.

Not yet. There is no live QuickBooks sync on any plan as of October 2026, and a two-way QuickBooks integration is on our public roadmap. Today you export itemized project expenses to CSV for a clean import into QuickBooks or Xero, and you can bring a QuickBooks or Xero report into FlipperForce with the AI Bulk Expense Importer. Both are included on Solo, Team and Business.
