New Construction Workflow and Terminology Tweaks
FlipperForce is primarily built for house flippers that buy and renovate existing properties.
However, some of you also build new homes to sell or rent long-term.
The process for flipping and building homes is effectively the same, but there are small terminology differences between the two strategies.
New Construction Strategy Terminology Tweaks!
We just launched a new workflow and terminology tweaks for home builders that are building spec homes and build-to-rent investment properties!
Now when you are setting up your project and select a "New Construction" strategy, the terminology throughout the software will change to better suit the terminology used for a new construction project.
- "Flip Analyzer" -> "Build Analyzer"
- "Repair Estimator" -> "Build Estimator"
- "Repair Costs" -> "Construction Costs"
- "After Repair Value" -> "Resale Value"
These small tweaks in the terminology throughout the software will hopefully provide a more intuitive user experience for those of you that are building new homes!
