We just launched our first iteration of our new BRRRR Calculator which you can use to analyze Buy, Rehab, Rent and Refinance deals!
We are currently working on building our BRRRR Results page that will show you how much short-term equity you can build into the deal, how much the property will cash flow, how much long-term equity you can build over-time from appreciation/principal paydown, as well as a bunch of KPIs and financial details. We should have our new BRRRR results page ready in a few weeks!
We will also be building a new Rental Investment packet which will summarize your results into a printer friendly report that you can share with your business partners and lenders!
