I'm Dave Robertson and I am the founder & creator of the Flipper Force software. 👋

I started flipping houses back in 2010 and I quickly realized that flipping houses was not as easy as it looks on tv 📺.

Between finding deals, managing contractors & tracking the bookkeeping, it was a lot to manage, especially with a full-time job! 😱

Over time, I gradually started to build-out tools to help me organize my flips & streamline my house flipping processes.  The first tool I built was as a simple spreadsheet with a repair cost estimator & a deal analyzer.  

After a few years of development, I had built one of the craziest, most elaborate spreadsheets you've ever seen.  In 2013, I decided to share my beloved spreadsheet with world called House Flipping Spreadsheet,

The House Flipping Spreadsheet was a smash hit with thousands of investors throughout the country &  6 continents around the globe! 🚀​

In 2018, I made the decision to reinvest our successes from the House Flipping Spreadsheet into a new web-based solution called FlipperForce.com to build a better product and more scalable business.

Our software solutions today have been downloaded and used by over 100,000 house flippers and real estate investors across the country.

In 2022, we we're acquired by Fund That Flip, a leading real estate fintech that provides fast, reliable funding for fix-and-flips and new construction projects!

Now our clients have a new option for fast, reliable capital to fund your real estate deals, and we have the power and technology of Fund That Flip behind us to make FlipperForce even better.

The FlipperForce team, along with Fund That Flip, is committed to investing in and improving the functionality of FlipperForce. Joining Fund That Flip will enable us to scale our development and focus on bringing our clients product improvements and features faster than ever before.



Dave buys and rehabs his first primary residence which was a dated 1950s home that needed a new kitchen, bathrooms & finishes throughout.


Dave starts flipping houses part-time and buys his first rehab property to flip which was a REO bank foreclosure.  The property was a 1,924sf, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property that needed extensive repairs to the exterior and interior of the property.


Dave creates a spreadsheet to help him analyze deals, estimate rehab costs & manage his rehab projects which eventually evolves in to the House Flipping Spreadsheet.


Dave takes the success from the House Flipping Spreadsheet and invests it into a new web-based platform, FlipperForce.


FlipperForce software officially launches it's Beta Version and 1st of many iterations of the software.


After over a year of development, testing and several iterations on tools and features we proudly launched out of Beta!


Flipper Force was acquired by Fund That Flip, a leading real estate fintech that provides fast, reliable funding for fix-and-flips and new construction projects!
