Earlier in the Spring of 2018 we launched our first iteration of our FlipperForce house flipping software with the basic foundation of tools and features.
Since our launch we have been gathering feedback from our Beta Testers and using that feedback to prioritize our improvements and sculpt our Software Road Map.
Before we start to build out our Second Phase of Tools, we want to make sure we get our First Phase of tools perfected. We have already started our 2nd iterations of enhancements that will improve functionality, usability and ultimately fulfill our goal of making flipping houses easier for your business.
Flipping Houses is a very repeatable process, which is why one of our main focuses has been on Templating. We are working on building in Templating functionality to our Repair Estimator, Project Scheduler and Task Manager so you can quickly load Estimate Templates, Schedules & Checklists for your projects. Our Templates will help you initially setup your business systems and ultimately save you time setting up new projects in the future.
We still have a laundry list of additional improvements that we are working on before we officially launch. We take pride in our product and service and refuse to charge a dime for our software until we have reached our goal of providing the best house flipping software on the market.
